The brief

Brokers needed one place for every brochure, plan and film, with their own brokerage's view. Buyers needed a private place to follow their home from plans to keys. Both had to be easy for the team to run.

What we built

• BRKBrokerage-specific views, so each firm sees only its own library.
• LNKCurated prospect links that brokers build from several files and share in one tap.
• TRKDownload and send tracking on every file.
• OWNOwner accounts per lot, with sections that stay hidden until they have something in them.
• NTFNew-file notifications that owners can turn up or down.
• TURA four-step welcome tour that walks each new broker through the library, prospect links, follow-up and feedback. Replayable any time.
