The sales center, handed to the buyer
An 86-inch touch screen kiosk with the whole sales library on it. One white-labelled build serves several brands and all of their sales centers.

Some of the great contributions to literature and art were signed by no one. Someone, or a few people, added something to the world and never asked for the credit.
That's the name. It's also the job description. Anon started as a strategy and design agency for luxury hospitality and real estate brands (and a few non-profits). It still is one. These days we build software too, when the brief needs it. Very little of it goes out with our name on it.
We work for people and brands, not awards. Your name goes on the deliverable. Ours goes in the footer, if you want it there.
Most briefs arrive as a format: a rebrand, say, or an app. The format is usually the third or fourth question, so we start with the first one.
Positioning, audience and the one decision the work has to drive. Anon started here. Most files still do.
Voice, marks, visual systems and brand architecture, for one property or a whole portfolio. A brand should know what it sounds like before it shows up anywhere.
Fundraising drives, launches and membership campaigns, on paper and everywhere else the brand turns up.
Flows, interfaces and prototypes in your brand, so you react to something real before anything goes to production.
Custom apps, portals, data and integrations, with an admin your own team can run after we hand it over.
Large-format kiosk apps for sales centers and galleries. Built for fingers, not mice. Your sales team changes the content themselves.
Kiosk / DisplayPrivate libraries with a separate view for every account. Shareable links, download tracking, and alerts each person can turn down.
Web app / RolesConfigurators and test-fit tools that turn a site plan and a floorplan library into an answer a buyer can take home as a PDF.
Tool / ExportReservation flows and guest apps that still look like the brand by the time the confirmation email lands.
Mobile / WebFiles we're allowed to open, so far. Client names stay redacted until you declassify the page.

A private portal for the brokers selling a real estate project. Each brokerage gets its own library and builds prospect links from it.

A test-fit tool that places any residence on any homesite, inside the setbacks, in seconds. Then a white-label version that architecture and planning firms run under their own name.
Open the fileLabs is what we build when nobody's paying. Formats and tools we think should exist, made on our own time.
When a brief shows up with a hard question, there's a fair chance we've already broken a prototype trying to answer it. Some experiments never leave the lab. A few have quietly turned up in client work.
Can decades of finished projects in Basecamp teach an intake form to write a better creative brief, and keep improving as each new project closes?
Declassified at launchHow do you get AI-written copy to sound like the brand that signs it, wherever that brand speaks?
Declassified at launchCan a resort guest app earn its place on a phone for a five-night stay, and reach the staff on the channel they already answer?
Declassified at launchWhat would booking a private residence look like if it were built for discretion instead of search?
Declassified at launchPartners can spend a day with us, working on whatever is on the bench. We'll show you what we've learned, including what didn't work.
Ask about a Labs dayWe get to know the brand, the people who'll use what we make and the decision it has to help them make.
A working prototype in your brand, early enough that changing your mind is still cheap.
For a brand, the guidelines and files your team works from. For a build, an admin your own team can run without calling us.
Launch, training and a direct line to the people who made it, for when something needs to change.
Technology moves fast. What people need from a brand changes slowly. We build for the second part.
Tell us what you're working on. Not sure yet? Start there anyway. A person reads every file.
