Broker portal

A broker portal with one rule: each firm sees only what is its own. Brochures, plans and films live in one place, and every account opens to the right view.

The green dot marks what each step is about. Arrow keys work too.

The brief

Brokers had brochures, plans and films scattered across inboxes. They needed one place for all of it, with a view built for their own brokerage. The team needed it to be easy to run.

What we built

  • BRKA separate view for each brokerage. Each firm sees its own library and no one else's.
  • LNKProspect links. A broker picks several files, bundles them and shares the set in one tap.
  • TRKTracking on every file. Each download and each send is logged.
  • NTFNotifications for new files, turned up or down by the account holder.
  • TURA four-step welcome tour for new brokers: the library, prospect links, follow-up and feedback. It replays any time.
